As the production line of this project is the first production line of new energy vehicle power battery housing independently designed and produced according to demand, higher requirements are put forward for installation accuracy and process flow. "Our payment to the supplier also follows the construction progress, and if a link is stuck, the project team will immediately start to fight to ensure that every node can complete the task on time." It is understood that the park distribution room was originally equipped with four transformers of 2500 kVA, due to the large demand for electricity after the completion of the project, if directly from the distribution room cable access, not only the cost is too high, and the power loss is also large, from the efficiency, cost considerations are not the optimal choice. After the enterprise feedbacks the power connection problems to the economic development zone, the project service team understands the situation at the first time, takes the initiative to coordinate the docking of the enterprise, power supply, and the park, and conducts joint research and analysis to crack the engineering problems.

"In the end, we came up with a plan to kill two birds with one stone, the park stopped two transformers, two transformers at the enterprise's own expense, the two high-voltage lines of the distribution room are directly connected to the plant, so that the plant can not only meet the current demand for electricity, even if the production line is upgraded in the later stage, it can also increase capacity on this basis." Zeng Lingke told reporters that with the full cooperation of the power supply department, the park carrier and the functional departments of the economic development zone, the project was completed very smoothly.
