Stainless Steel Nickel/Copper Plating

Stainless steel strip is actually an extension of very thin stainless steel plate.
The surface of stainless steel material is directly treated with copper/nickel plating, which can improve
the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the substrate.

Nickel plating on stainless steel can improve corrosion resistance and hardness, adapt to marine climate corrosion resistance requirements,
have a bright and smooth surface, good ductility, high fatigue strength, good resistance to high and low temperatures, and good corrosion resistance.
The shell cover of the buckle type battery is generally made of 304 stainless steel strip and 430 stainless steel strip,
and the shell cover of the high-end buckle type potassium battery with high added value needs to be made of
430 stainless steel strip single-side nickel/silver plated material
with good stamping performance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, tin welding performance and electrical conductivity.

Stainless steel copper plating is plated on the stainless steel plate on a layer of copper, so that its appearance and copper plate is not different,
the cost is one third of the real copper, effectively reduce the cost, with spot welding and full welding characteristics,
to meet the needs of special-shaped processing, long service life, with good cost-effective and high oxidation corrosion resistance,
the service life of up to 40 years, but also can achieve the old antique decorative effect.
